Here’s How Curbside Junk Removal Actually Works

Pay → we text you the night before → you put it out by 8 AM → gone by 6 PM. No phone calls. No estimates. No date-picker.

The 4-Step Process

01

Pick your item + price

Head to the service page for what you need hauled — mattress, couch, trampoline, swing set, pool, treadmill, or hot tub. Flat price listed on every page. Nothing to call about, basketball goal removal.

02

Pay online — takes 60 seconds

Flat rate, paid at booking via Stripe. Enter your address and ZIP, run the card, and you’re done. No deposit-then-balance, no “we’ll send the invoice later,” no date-picker to wrestle with. You get a confirmation email immediately — that’s the contract.

03

We text you the night before pickup with your day

Within 7 days of booking, you’ll get a text from us — usually the evening before — telling you tomorrow is your pickup day. You don’t have to pick a date. You don’t have to track a calendar. We slot you into the next route through your area and let you know the night before.

04

Put your item by the curb by 8 AM that day. Gone by 6 PM.

Morning of pickup, drag the item to the end of your driveway or to the curb in front of your house. As close to the road as your HOA allows. We run the route sometime between 8 AM and 6 PM. You don’t need to be home. You don’t need to sign anything. You just come home and it’s gone.

The Brand Promise

We come within 7 days. You’ll get a text the night before with your pickup day.

Common Questions About the Process

Why don’t I get to pick a date?

Because picking a date is the slowest, most annoying part of every other junk removal booking on the internet. We took it out. Instead, you pay once and we tell you the night before — within 7 days of booking, guaranteed. If you have a hard deadline (closing on a house, move-out date), email us before booking and we’ll confirm we can hit it.

What if it rains on my pickup day?

We come anyway. The trailer’s open, the items get wet, the items are headed to the landfill — wet doesn’t matter. The only exception is severe weather (tornado warning, hail, lightning storms). If that happens, we’ll text you to roll you to the next route day. No charge to push it.

What if I’m not home when you arrive?

That’s the whole point of curbside — you don’t need to be. The item is by the road, we pull up, we load it, we drive away. No interaction required. Most customers book pickups while they’re at work and never see us.

Can I leave it out the night before?

If your HOA allows it, sure — and since we text you the night before, you’ll know exactly when to set it out. If your HOA doesn’t allow overnight curb storage, set it out the morning of by 8 AM.

What if my item is too heavy for one person?

For most items in our standard service list (mattress, couch, treadmill), one-person curbside pickup is fine on our end. For heavier items (hot tub, swing set, trampoline), the price already includes a second hauler. You don’t need to help us load — but you do need to get it to the curb yourself.
